Angels in Action is committed to changing the direction of our nation’s local economies, one business at a time. We have built an online Microfinance community where entrepreneurs and patrons come together to form virtual business incubators. Angel Finance Group (AFG) was recently formed as a result of a joint venture agreement between Angel Acquisitions Corp. (AGEL) a company listed on the OTCBB and Finance Solutions Of America LLC (FINSOL).
The principal purpose of the new wholly owned subsidiary of the public company is to provide innovative financing options to a large variety of potential commercial clients. Angel Finance Group is exclusively administered by FINSOL and has established offices in Boca Raton FL.
The joint venture was created to build on the synergy that exists between AGEL and FINSOL. AGEL has for many years operated a commercial real estate financing and management division. There is a steady flow of opportunities for AGEL to provide financial services to many different types of commercial property owners. This division has a far reaching purpose to assist the developemt of entrepreneurial talent throughout the United Staes. Angels In Action also offers an opportunity for socially minded providers of donations to participate directly in the success of this company without having to deal with any intermediaries.
AFG has developed a very specialized start up business financing package for some of the selected clients of Angels In Action. This program is exclusively administered by AFG and it will provide budding entrepreneurs with a total package with which to start any type of business they wish to build.
